Whether ground or air service, we will deliver wherever you require. After placing your order it takes approximately 10 minutes until the products are packaged and ready for delivery. All orders which are processed before 3:00pm (EST) are sent the same day from the Dentaurum logistics center, subject to availability.
UPS Ground Service
Ordered goods of up to 100 lbs are delivered by our partner United Parcel Service.
The times in transit is between 1-5 business days, depending where the order is shipping to. The delivery is guaranteed by UPS by the end of business day of the guaranteed delivery date.
Additional deliveries are sent free of shipping/handling charges, once the items are available.
UPS 3 Day Select Service
This service is available to select destinations and guaranteed a delivery within 3 business days. UPS will deliver on the guaranteed delivery date by the end of the business day.
UPS Next Day Air
This is the fastest service level and has a guaranteed delivery the next business day. The delivery time is guaranteed by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of business day, depending on destination ZIP
Delivery address
On request, we will deliver your goods to other delivery addresses in our data. Please contact our order registration department for delivery addresses.
Transport insurance
All deliveries are insured against transport damage. Please report transport damage to the delivery company and Dentaurum immediately after receiving the goods.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged goods, in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice with the returned goods. We recommend using a registered parcel service in order to insure against damage and loss. Postage fees are the responsibility of the sender.
